Pages
 
The Pages menu displays the list of pages that is currently on your site and their heiracy. This is a good tool for viewing of all the pages and their sub pages. From here, it enables you to Add and or Delete pages, however it is highly recommended that you add and or delete through each of the individual pages. See the Creating pages and Deleting pages sections for details.
 
 
Search Pages

Search pages act as a filter to help isolate the pages of your website. It is a helpful tool when wanting to find a specific page or wanting to find all the children of a particular page.


Title:
enter the keyword contains in page title, eg: contact

Parent Page: select the parent page of the page you wish to display.
 
Parent Page ID: enter the parent page id of the page you wish to be displayed. eg: 1
 
Status: select the status of the page you wish to searching for, eg: online

List of Pages

List of pages is just that the list of website pages, all page are displayed by default, the above Search Pages function can refine this list of pages.



Position (Pos):
Shows the positions of the page, this is reflected in the navigation and sitemap.
 
Title: Shows the name of the page, this is reflected in the navigation and sitemap.
 
Parent Page: Shows what the parent page of this page is, this is reflected in they navigation and sitemap.
 
Status: Online or Pending. Online indicates this page is visible for viewing online and Pending indicates the page is not online and is still being worked on.
 
Navigation (Nav): Yes or No. If this page is to be displayed on navigational menu, this is also reflected in the sitemap.
 
Default_Body_Template: The body template this page (and all children of this page) is set to use by default. See more about Body Templates
 
Date_Online: Preset the date you want this page to be active online.
 
Last_Updated: Displays a date stamp of the last modification that was made to this particular page.
 
Created: Displays a date stamp of date this page was created.
 
Originator: Displays the name of the person responsible for creating this page.
 
 
Edit Page

By clicking on the page title, you are able to add and or edit any of the variable values for this page.

 

Create a new page (not recommended)
 
Click on Add New to add an extra page to your site




Fill details in below window.
 
Parent Page: Which existing page you wish to create the new page under. New pages are usually created under the Home page
 
Title: Name given for the new page
 
Template: Template used for all pages through out the website
 
Status: 2 options are available: Online: page is available to be viewed on the website
Pending: page is not yet available, as it is still being worked on and can not be viewed on the website
 
Position: Where you wish to place the new page

Date Online:
The date you wish to have the new page to be available to your users. Leaving it blank will automatically activate the page and become visible online
 
Include In Site Navigation: Whether or not you wish to have a menu on your new page
 
SSL: Whether or not you want to make this new page secure
 
Default Body Template: The template you wish to use for this new page. As a good starting point, it is suggested that you use the default template that gets applied to every page on your site. See also Body Templates
 

Click on Add to add the new page


Export to Excel


It is a tool to export all the page details in the list of pages into an excel spreadsheet.
