Importing Subscribe Forms from Customer Community
You will need to have your community set in the Community settings in order for WebEd to recognise your subscribe forms. Using Customer Communty to build your subscribe forms is prefered practice for managing forms and subscribers.
The benefits of using Customer Community to build your subscribe forms are:

Quick and easy form editing with pre-programmed input selectors. |

All input selectors match the fields in your subscriber database. |

Customer Community handles the thank you page, auto responder and notifier templates. |

All email and form verification is handled by Customer Community. |
Inserting a Community form into WebED
You must enter the edit mode of the page before you insert an existing Community form into WebEd.

Place your curser in the part of the form that you wish to feed the CC subscribe form into. |

|
Go to the form tool and select Subscribe forms from the drop down options. |
 |
The CC Subscribe form dialog box will open. |
 |
Select the Subscribe form from the drop down options and click 'Load Subscribe Form' |
NOTE: All subscribe forms published on your Community should be on this list, if this doen not appear to be working, you will need to check your commuity settings.

The selected form should now appear a preview window, the size of this window needs to have the exact height and width set to display properly. Use the '+' & '-' icons to set the exact height and width. |

The entire form needs to be visible in the preview window before selecting insert. See the form example below is fully visable within the blue bounding box.

Click insert. |

Update your page and test the form. |
Note: When testing your form make sre that it writes all subscriber details to your community correctly and that all notify and auto responder templates are working as expected
