Associates Overview on How to Set Up:
This module allows you to create a page linking details of your associates / partners / staff, etc. as set up via the Admin Module
This will give you a dynamically updated "
Contact our Associates" page - or "
All About Us" type web page - that is maintain via the Admin Module via the Associates Database set up and maintained by your site administrator.
To Use this Module - you will need to follow the steps in order as outlined below:
STEP 1: Set up your "Associate Types " e.g. Partners, Staff, Associates
STEP 2. Add Each of your "Associates" (list and details)
STEP 3: Create a New "Contacts" Page on your Website (link to your list of associates' profiles)
You can name this page or menu anything you like that suits your business:
e.g. "All about Us" or "Find an Associate"

Login and
Create a New Page -
Title, Position (e.g. decide if you want your list of associates to be a Parent Menu option or a Sub-Menu option under "Contact Us")
and Status

and add the following
HTML code to enable web page to display all of your associates.

Your new page should look something like this:

STEP 4: Individual "Associates" profiles need to maintained by Site Administrator(s) |

TIP: Now all you have to do is have your site administrator maintain the list of associates - as their contact details or situations change and your Website page "
Contact our Associates" (or whatever you choose to name that page/menu) will be updated automatically as the Admin Module - Associates - is created / edited; e.g. members deleted or change address and contact details. You can also insert images etc. in each member's profile.
