Socha Gelbman Names Nuix as a Top Provider in Annual Report
 

The Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey has named Nuix as one of the world's top global Collection Providers. The 2008 Report highlights the growth of the global electronic discovery market, driven by a growth in software and niche service providers.

The 2008 Socha-Gelbmann report highlights how the electronic discovery industry has become truly global. The global survey participants - from more than 83 countries - reported engaging in a broad range of electronic discovery activities such as intellectual property theft and fraud, email security and information leakage.

Based on information provided by the participants, the report projected that the electronic discovery market is set to grow by 21% in 2008, and then 20% from 2008 to 2009, and 15% from 2009 to 2010 to make the industry worth close to US$5billion.

Since 2003, the Survey has been the leading review of the electronic discovery market globally. The 2008 survey examined the demands for and consumption of commercial electronic discovery services and software. The release of the latest report sees Nuix ranked as one of the top 10 global providers in Electronic Discovery Software Providers.

The Collection category includes market leading vendors in the electronic discovery collection stage. This stage of electronic discovery refers to the gathering of electronically stored information from various sources (including tapes, drives, portable storage devices, networks etc).
