Charity Art Auction Invitation
Art for Sharks and Big Marine Parks 
Now in its third year, Art for Sharks is our major annual fundraiser. Over 40 pieces of beautiful art have been donated by artists who are passionate about protecting Australia's precious ocean wildlife.

This year's proceeds will go towards protecting the Coral Sea, a tropical jewel to Australia's north-east and one of the last remaining places on Earth for healthy populations of sharks and large oceanic fish like marlin and swordfish.

Join us for a night of great art and help leave a lasting legacy for our over-fished and under-protected oceans.


Where: Bleeding Heart Gallery, 166 Ann St, Brisbane (near King George Square)

When: Friday 25th September 2009, 6pm--9.30pm

Artwork will be open for public viewing for one week prior to the auction, from Mon 21st Sept 7am--4pm. We encourage you to visit the Bleeding Heart Cafe during this week. Treat yourself to a delicious coffee and lunch and view the artworks on display. Absentee bids can be placed on the artworks for those unable to attend the event.
