The Survey Module is a form that can integrate with Customer Community or stand alone that is designed to capture survey information and put it to good use. Information on surveys can be extracted and used to evaluate your products and services from a clients point of view.

How do I use?
Please contact your Customer Community consultant for set up. You will need to use the admin area to create the form and questions for the survey. To add the survey to the website you will need to link to the survey.
