Using FTP
Any file over 200kb that you wish to use as an asset on your website like an image, pdf or document need to be uploaded via FTP. If you do not have a dedicated FTP client on your computer you can use Windows Explorer to access your website via FTP.
The steps described below will allow you to access your FTP drive from Windows Explorer. Hence, you don't need to login each time into the FTP drive.

You need to ask for your FTP account login details from Customer Community before you start.

Open windows explorer, this is accessed via the Start menu on your computer.

Map your FTP drive
Open windows explorer, this is accessed via the Start menu on your computer or by double clicking on the Computer icon on your Desktop.
Click on Tools menu and select Map Network Drive option as shown below.

In the Map Network Drive window select the drive letter from the dropdown list adjacent to Drive as shown below.
Click on Sign up for online storage or connect to a network server.

Click Next on the Welcome to the Add Network Place Wizard screen.
Click Next on the screen below.

Enter the FTP address of your website on the Internet or network address box. Contact Customer Community for your FTP address.

Enter a name for the network place so, you can easily identify this network place and click Next.
For example: YourDomianFTP

Finish up the wizard, and then you'll be ready to connect to your FTP drive. You'll be prompted for the password the first time that you try and connect. Enter your password and you can have the password saved after that if you wish.

Alternatively, you also can use FTP client software such as FileZilla
