To all my friends colleagues and associates,
For over three years now I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing clients, many whom have become friends in the process. I like to think most times we got it right, even when things sometimes went a little awry.
I am writing to you today with some sorrow and also some happiness. As you may or may not be aware, I am expecting my first child in April which is very exciting. Naturally this means I will be taking some maternity leave for the next twelve months. This is a very exciting time for me personally, but professionally, I must admit, it is a rather sad time and am a little anxious about letting go and saying good bye.
I want to say thanks and good bye to all I have worked with along the way over the last 3 years. I have had a great time, learnt loads and lost countless hours of sleep, but it has been personally rewarding and at times highly entertaining.
Customer Community is in good hands without me. We have some great new team members including Bruce Furlong will be taking care of production / client delivery, Andrei Sarmiento is the new support manager and James Sheraton will be taking care of art direction & design.
I have spent the last few weeks working with Bruce to handover all projects & clients, if have not had a chance to chat with you yet, we hope to get to it in the next 3 days.
My final day with Customer Community will be Friday 18th March. All enquiries after this date should be directed to Bruce Furlong or any of the existing team, some of whom you may know.
At the risk of sounding like a cracked record, I just have to say it one last time - PLEASE use Support@CustomerCommunity.com.au for logging any issues you may be experiencing with WebEd or Customer Community to ensure a prompt response.
